Order Process
First, you send a photo, draft, file or any other information for communication and quotation.
We review all the information, quote the project and create a folder in our system for further cooperation.
After mutual agreement and confirmation, you send a 50% pre-payment. We start the project right after, keeping in touch during the whole working process.
When the model is ready, we send the image of your design, and if all is right you proceed with the final payment.
Refund
In compliance with trade laws and best practices, customers have the following right of refund. We’ll return your prepayment, in case of a thorough and reasonable statement of not correspondence of our work to your requirements presented in the first stage of the order.
Changes and Modifications
Some minor changes and modifications will be done free of charge. However, any major change or request after the model has been finished will be charged accordingly (the price will be discussed and explained to the client, and the process will start only after confirmation).
Payment
For security purposes, we currently only accept PayPal as a method of payment. Your PayPal transactions are secured and accounted for. It helps protect the transactions, and protect against fraudulent payments.
Confidentiality and Exclusiveness
If the project includes custom sketches or exclusive ideas, we always offer to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure NDA agreement. We never resell the models or use the sketches and other ideas in any other way.
Quality Control
After the modeling process, the files go through quality control with special software. We take care of the whole process in-house to keep tight control of the quality standard.

Jeweler Vision has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services.
You further acknowledge and agree that Jeweler Vision shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Changes in Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
